Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic gives you web and mobile Office apps plus Exchange email. Standard adds full desktop Office apps (Word, Excel, etc.). Premium includes everything in Standard plus advanced security features — Defender for Business, Intune device management, and Azure AD P1. Most businesses with any security requirements should be on Premium.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We manage the full migration including email, contacts, calendar, and file transfer from Google Drive to SharePoint/OneDrive. We handle the DNS cutover and configure everything so staff can work in Microsoft 365 from day one with minimal disruption.
We’re already on Microsoft 365 — can you take over our account?
Yes. We can become your Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider), which means we manage your licences, billing, and support. The process for transferring an existing tenant is straightforward and doesn’t affect your data or services.
How do we know if we’re paying for licences we don’t need?
It’s extremely common — especially after staff turnover. We run a licence audit against your active user list and identify any unassigned, disabled, or over-specified licences. The savings often more than cover our management fee.
Do you handle Microsoft 365 security configuration, not just licensing?
