No VAT
We're below the VAT threshold, so there's no 20% added on top. What you're quoted is what you pay — a real saving over larger firms.
Travel & Callout
Travel time is factored into project quotes. Out-of-hours and emergency callouts carry a 1.5–2× uplift — agreed upfront.
Scope Creep
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we proceed. You're always in control of what you spend.
